Assessment Systems Technical Support

Try these general troubleshooting techniques first:

  1. If using a DOS program: Reboot in "Safe Mode Command Prompt only." If using a Windows program: Reboot in "Safe Mode".
    Note: Make sure the computer starts without network support, and without running any other programs.
  2. Launch the program. If the program runs without error, there is an incompatibility between it and other software on your computer, such as network, virus-checking, or other software running in the background.

For instructions on using Safe Mode, use your Windows Help system or browse to www.microsoft.com.
