Shipping From Assessment Systems Assessment Systems uses Federal Express (FedEx) for domestic and international shipping. We have found that FedEx provides the most dependable shipping at the lowest cost for the customer, especially for international deliveries. For domestic customers, other shipping methods, including United States Postal Service, are available upon request. Please note that we do not ship to Post Office Boxes via FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
