HIPAA

  • Some personal health information we collect may be protected health information (“PHI”) within the meaning of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”). To the extent applicable, Assessment Systems agrees to comply with HIPAA and the rules issued pursuant to HIPAA.

GDPR

  • We are aware of the GDPR enforcement in effect starting May 25, 2018. Our efforts to protect EU citizens in accordance with GDPR Articles, Recitals and stringent information security controls implemented by Assessment Systems is our top priority. We have an ongoing GDPR assessments to include Data Protection, Information Security  and Auditing Policy reviews to verify our privacy policies periodically and after major infrastructure changes.
